Mission
The Robert Patrick Baffour Foundation’s mission is to become a premier organization utilizing innovative interventions in health and, science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and creative arts education that lead to sustainable economic and community development.

Objectives
The overall goal is to develop future leaders with integrity and discipline out of underprivileged children. Specifically, the Robert Patrick Baffour Foundation aims to:

1. Employ state-of-the-art systems of intramural and extramural programs to support the education of underserved children
2. Provide support for underserved but talented students exhibiting the potential to succeed in various STEM and arts avenues.
3. Operate under the paradigm that ‘Health is Wealth, a model for health intervention in communities that promote health and sustainable economic development.
